Calls Senior Pastor
Dr. Tim Bailey was called as the Senior Pastor of Crossroads on December 18, 2022.
Our new pastor comes to this position after many years of ministry.
He received his M.Div. at SBTS, and his Th.D. at NOBTS. He began his ministry at Corinth Baptist Church, Gainesville, GA as Senior Pastor. He then served the Lord through various positions at the North American Mission Board, of the SBC for 30 Years.
While at NAMB he served as a Church Planter in Virginia and New Jersey, Western State Director of Church Planting at Penn/S. Jersey Baptist Convention, and the National Director of Church Planting Training of Trainers.
He also served as the Director of the Nehemiah Project, the Director of Church and Pastor Relations and the Regional Director of Strategic Advancement at NAMB.
He served as an Adjunct Professor of Preaching for NOBTS at the North Georgia Hub.
Dr. Bailey and his wife Laurie moved to Chicagoland in 2015 to serve as a Church Planter Catalyst for NAMB and IBSA. He became our Interim Pastor at Crossroads in August 2021.
